I wanted to send you a note to thank you for all your help when we were in Switzerland last month. Even tough we had a few problems, they were small, and you were a big help and comfort to us. We truly enjoyed the whole trip. The bike ride down the mountains and the train ride up to the Jungfrau were the highlights of our vacation. But we loved everything. Switzerland is a most beautiful country, and thank you for making our trip so memorable.
